This project consisted of 421 units split by 9 individual blocks including a gym and 24hr concierge desk.
Each Block was installed with a digital vandal resistant video panel which is linked to each apartment and the concierge desk. The two main doors leading to each block are controlled via a proximity reader allowing access only to authorized holders. Each apartment is wired via a number of communal head ends for Sat/FM/TV.
Authorised residents have access to the undercroft parking secured via 4 automated vehicle gates and 4 access controlled pedestrian gates. Each gate can be opened by the use of a gate transmitter or access fob.
All communal area’s including the undercroft car parks are covered by a CCTV system which is monitored by the concierge and recorded digitally.
The project was installed over a two year phased building programme and is now covered by our annual service and maintenance contract.
